Data Ingest

This milestone describes the activity required to ingest  experimental BPA ABRPI generated data from the CCG into the Omics Data Management Platform.

This data will be generated throughout 2017.

Data curation and cleaning is happening through the process of uploading it into the CCG and is managed by the BPA team.
